REFUND POLICY

At Indextly, we believe in being transparent about payments and refunds.

  • All sales are final.
  • We do not offer refunds for any payments, including subscriptions or pay-as-you-go credits.
  • Pay-as-you-go credits are non-refundable, even if the service is discontinued.
  • If Indextly permanently discontinues a monthly subscription-based service, we may issue a pro-rated refund for the unused portion at our discretion.
  • No refunds are given for downtime, performance issues, or indexing variations.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least seven (7) days before the next billing date.
  • You are responsible for managing your own subscription cancellations.
